| The new Vilabouly high school construction, funded by the Polish Development Fund, starts working. Referring to the Lao tradition, before starting any new building construction, the Buddhist monks are invited to organize "baci ceremony" of best wishes for everyone involved in construction works. The baci ceremony was organized in morning 26 November by employees Lane Xang Minerals Ltd. together with vice-chief of Vilabouly district, teachers and local villagers.
